Returns
We offer a 14-day return window on our items. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchases and will do all we can to ensure satisfaction. You can return on conditions that the item(s) do not show any sign of use nor damage. Return items will be inspected and collected by our couriers. Return processes incur a fee of £99 which will be deducted from your refund. We aim to process refund payments 14 days from the day of collection. For more details, please get in touch.

Guarantee
All our items come with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee. Any non-manufacture faults are not covered by this, for example, accidents at home, natural wear and tear, excessive heavy use, commercial/non-domestic usage. In the case of a claimed manufacture fault a 3rd party independent technician will need to inspect and make a report. This is to be done at the customer's expense. If confirmed as a manufacturer fault, we will reimburse the cost of the report and resolve the fault.
