Delivery Information

From placing your order we aim to get your items to your home in within 3-7 working days.
Sofa(s) are delivered and assembled by experienced 2-person white glove couriers. We will arrange a date of delivery which suits you but cannot guarantee time slots, therefore, on the day of delivery we advise availability from 7am-7pm.

For England & Wales our standard 2-person delivery and installation fee is £99. For Scotland this fee is £129.
For footstools delivered to mainland UK courier fee is £25 (no installation required).
Orders over £999 qualify for free delivery and installation.

If you need to reschedule a delivery we advise you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. For the prearranged date you must be present for delivery.
When buying any item, it is important to ensure we will be able to deliver and install safely. Ensure all entries/corridors/doorways are wide enough to work with and fit your items through and that there are no obstructions that may prevent delivery.
If any of the above reasons cause a failure to deliver items, you will be liable for the failed delivery fee and may still be charged. Re-delivery will incur an additional cost of £59.

Our couriers are not insured to remove other products from your home, such as old sofas. Nor are they permitted to remove doors, windows or other fixed parts of your home to enable a delivery to take place. If required place stable coverings over delicate flooring to give protection whilst installation takes place.  

By agreeing or asking the couriers to remove the protective packaging prior to the product making its way into your room of choice you will accept all or any damage caused thereafter. You may also be asked to sign a disclosure waiver prior to the team bringing the item into your home.

Please inspect your items on delivery. Any issues found please notify the courier team before signing acceptance of delivery.
